*Note: Total Price includes tax $360 + $46.80 HST = $406.80 pp Our SUP fundamentals course is 4 Hrs consisting of: A) 30 Minute on site or live Zoom appt. for equipment overview & safety portion. Zoom option to be booked 1- 3 days before practical lesson B) 1 hour 45 Minute practical portion on the water - All SUP equipment will be provided for the practical lesson C) 1 hour 45 Minute practical portion on the water - All SUP equipment will be provided for the practical lesson Level 1 We cover basic gear knowledge, safety, kneeling, standing up, proper paddle technique and everything else you will need for a successful first experience. The goal is to leave you with lots of SUP stoke!. You will need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim. You do not need to have any prior paddling experience to take this class. Level 2 This is our a paddling technique class and your next step in learning proper technique. Learning proper technique is beneficial for many reasons including increased performance, injury prevention and enhancing your enjoyment of SUP. During the lesson you will learn proper paddling fundamentals. Our coach will introduce you to our technique progression and work with you to make the appropriate corrections to get you on the path to paddling better. No matter where you are on your SUP journey we will help you get on the path to paddling properly. *Note: Total Price includes tax $360 + $46.80 HST = $406.80 pp

Cancellation Policy

*Please see bottom for COVID restriction policy - Deposits are non-refundable - One off lessons can be rescheduled 24 hrs before the lesson start without forfeiting the deposit. Pay as you go (Social Paddles, PaddleFit) classes can be rescheduled up to 4 hrs before the session start date and time. - Courses (Yoga, Skills Builder) can be rescheduled up to 48hrs before the course start date and time. If we have to cancel due to weather/safety concerns we will do our very best to offer a makeup class, however it's not guaranteed. - Practical Onsite & Online Zoom lessons will start on time. Please plan to be early. If you are late, lesson will end at scheduled time. - For group lessons, if it rains, we get wet! Group sessions will only be cancelled if safety is a concern. We do our best to make sure everyone has an amazing experience. *COVID Restrictions Policy: If a class has to be postponed due to COVID restrictions (Group numbers or stay at home orders) you will be contacted to reschedule. Where we cannot reschedule the specific class/lesson, we will apply the funds to another service or item on our site. Only applicable to class/lesson dates directly affected by an official provincial order. Our regular policy holds for any dates not affected by an official provincial order. For example, if you are participating in a 4 class course and only one lesson date is affected then the remaining 3 classes remain under our regular policy.
